Charlotte Riggs (she/her) is a supervisor in the Web Communications Branch of the USGS Water Resources Mission Area.

Charlotte leads the Communications and Engagement Team. She works with scientists, communicators, usability and technology specialists, and stakeholders to develop data and information products and communicate about water science and USGS initiatives. Charlotte’s background is in natural resources research, management, and policy.
